Inspired by 19th-century apothecary Antoine Peychaud, these New Orleans bitters are a celebration of NOLA and American cocktail culture. With bright flavors of anise, tart cherry, hibiscus, and rosehips, these bitters will liven up any drink.

The prerequisite bitters for a mindful Sazerac or Vieux Carré cocktail, a few dropperfuls will do wonders for sparkling water, tonic, ginger ale, or even beer.

Packed with organic,functional botanicals like milk thistle seed, dandelion root, and Schisandra berry, our New Orleans bitters may support digestion, liver health, detox, and stress management.

NOTE: Bitters are made from a neutral grain spirit where higher proof extracts more flavor from the botanicals. Bitters contain 45 to 50% alcohol. The suggested serving size is such a minimal amount that they are often marketed and sold as non-alcohol grocery.
